LEADERSHIP
Lunchtime activities have taken place every second week for base classes. These were well planned to
encourage students to get to know each other and to encourage team building skills and bonding
amongst students.
Meitheal leaders also visit base classes twice weekly to encourage students to get involved with extracurricular activities and to do their best in class.
On Thursday 5th December, Meitheal leaders accompanied first years on their Christmas trip to the
Helix for to see a pantomime, followed by a stop off in Dundrum shopping centre for lunch.
Meitheal leaders planned festive activities for their bases classes for the final day of term before the
Christmas break.
A Meitheal awards ceremony will take place in The Riverside Hotel in Enniscorthy on 21st January to
recognise the invaluable work done by these young people.
