IMTA Senior Cycle Maths Quiz
Well done to the eight sixth year students who represented
Coláiste Bhríde in the regional round of the IMTA senior cycle
Maths quiz at Riverside Park Hotel, Enniscorthy.

Rebecca Byrne and Aisling Fleming
TEAM TWO
Jack Whelan, Chloe Roberts,
Rachel Dee and Jack Burke.
Both teams had excellent
performances throughout
the eight rounds.
In fact, Team 2 were outright
leaders with two rounds to go,
only to be pipped at the
final hurdle.
Maths Relay 2025
A group of TYs helped to run our annual problem-solving relay for first years. Each base class was
represented each week by a team of four students (which changed from week to week).
Students had to work together as a team to solve each of five problems over the course of each
session.
There was a great sense of excitement and competition each week. This competition really provided
first years with a great opportunity to build on their problem-solving skills and to work as a team. The
winning team was presented with a perpetual plaque at the school awards.
