Swimming
Congratulations to Ben Kelly, 6th year, who achieved a PB in the 100metre Freestyle at the Leinster Senior Schools Swimming Competition.
The event took place at the National Aquatic Centre, Abbotstown.
Ben has represented Coláiste Bhríde in schools' swimming events for
almost six years and has achieved so much including qualification for
events outside of Ireland.
First Year Girls’ Football
The first-year girls’ football team, captained by Sophie Doran, got off to a flying start this year. The girls
have had an incredible season so far, with comprehensive wins against St Mary’s Arklow, Blessington
Community School and Gael Coláiste na Mara. The girls reached the Wicklow A Final where they met St
Kevin’s Dunlavin. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a victory but what a fantastic achievement to reach a final in
their first year at Coláiste Bhríde.
