COLÁISTE BHRÍDE NEWSLETTER WINTER EDITION
The group enjoyed visits to several of Dublin’s key tourist attractions, including Trinity College and the
EPIC museum. A highlight of the trip was a scenic hike in Glendalough, where the students explored
the stunning Wicklow landscape and learned about the area’s early monastic history.
In the afternoons and evenings, students spent time with their Irish host families. This provided
valuable opportunities to practise English, experience everyday
Irish life, and build friendships that we hope will last well beyond the exchange.
Overall, this Þrst element of the exchange was a great success, offering both Irish and French
students a rewarding cultural and educational experience. The second leg of the exchange, involving
Irish students travelling to France, will take place in March 2026.
