Senior Boys Soccer
Our senior soccer squad have enjoyed an excellent start to their season and have now secured their
place in the knockout stages of the Wicklow/Wexford Division 1 League. Their qualiÞcation was sealed
with a well-deserved victory over Presentation Bray, a performance that showcased the team’s
organisation, spirit and growing conÞdence. Leading the way in front of goal is top scorer Myron
Davidson, whose consistency and sharp Þnishing have been invaluable throughout the campaign.
Captain Conor Donoghue has also played a key role, guiding the team with maturity and belief, and he
along with coaches Mr Kenny and Mr Horan remain conÞdent about their prospects as they move into
the next phase of the competition. The squad now eagerly awaits the draw for the knockout rounds and
look forward to building on their strong early-season form.
Senior Rugby
The senior rugby squad enjoyed a strong and productive Þrst term.
In October, the team competed in the Leinster Blitz, securing victories over CBS New Ross, Bridgetown,
Arklow CBS and Ramsgrange. These results ensured qualiÞcation for the Anne McInerney Development
Cup.
In November, the squad continued their positive form with a hard-fought 26–22 win against Clonkeen
College in the Anne McInerney Development Cup. This was followed by a 31–12 victory over Creagh
College, Gorey, in a practice match designed to prepare the team for their upcoming semi-Þnal.
The highlight of the term was reaching the semi-Þnal of the Anne McInerney Development Cup. In a
tightly contested match, the team narrowly missed out on a place in the Þnal, falling 26–20 to Malahide
Community School.
