STUDENT LEADERSHIP
Meitheal Leaders Awards Ceremony
Our Meitheal leaders, accompanied by a small group of senior cycle musicians had the pleasure of
attending the Meitheal Awards Ceremony on Monday 1 December.
We are so appreciative of the wonderful work our Meitheal leaders do in helping and mentoring our
Þrst-year students and the awards ceremony was a lovely way to recognise all their invaluable work.
Our students were treated to a
wonderful display of music (including
a beautiful performance from our
own talented quartet of musicians).
There were many political guests
present and lots of spot prizes to be
won on the day.
Many thanks to Ms. Bridget Gahan for
her coordination of the initiative in the
school.
Senior Prefects
Our senior prefects are a dedicated group of senior students who help lead and support the school
community. Throughout the year, they acted as positive role-models, assisted at school events, and
offered guidance to younger students, helping to promote respect, responsibility, and a strong sense
of school spirit across the school. They have also assisted in the running of school events since the
beginning of term and are an invaluable resource to our school.
